Mark Wood
CEO & President
Mark Wood founded the company in 1991, and watched it grow into the full service production company it is today. Mark oversees all quotes and shows, playing a pivotal role on the production side.
Tracy Winwood
Event Design & Sales
Tracy Winwood has been with MWE, Inc for seven years and has 17+ years of experience in the industry. As a lead designer, her process is to design and produce events that assure visibility and success.
Paul Hemauer
Production Manager & Sales
Paul has a 30+ year history in the performing arts. With many years experience in live and recorded sound, lighting, and rigging, Paul now brings his expertise to the MWE family. In addition to holding Head Audio / Video positions at 3 southern California venues, he is also an entertainer. Paul also performs as a Lead vocalist and guitarist for the Warner Bros. 60’s group “The Association."
Samantha James
Event Design Assistant
Samantha graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Education Sciences. She played on the varsity soccer team all four years. She joined MWE in February 2017 as an intern and has landed a full time position as Assistant to Event Designer Tracy Winwood.
Thomas Nilsson
Tech & 3D CAD Design
Thomas has been doing technical theater for 9 years and continues to follow his passion. He is our utility player, specializing in all areas technical, creative and innovative.
Kiana Schreiber
Design & Media Specialist
Kiana is a Business Marketing Major at Cal State University of Fullerton. She has been a part of the MWE team for 4 years handling all marketing relations and enjoys connecting with clients on and off site. In her spare time she loves songwriting and playing sports.
Marsha Ferrazzi
Senior Executive Assistant
Marsha is the Senior Executive Assistant to Mark Wood. She joined MWE in August 2016. She enjoys balloon decorating and donates her time to the Mission Viejo Elks Club.
Mike Albanese
Warehouse & Event Tech
Mike has over 5 years of production experience. He plays a major role for our tech team both in the warehouse and onsite at events.
